1. When will I get my order?

A: Orders are usually shipped within 5 days of your purchase, so you can expect it to arrive in within 7-10 days, unless there’s an unforeseen delay, in which case, you will be informed.

2. How can I track my order?

A: Once you’ve made a purchase, you’ll get timely updates on sms / email regarding your order status. Once an order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link as well. Do allow 24 hours for the tracking link to correctly display the status.

3. Can I customize a product ?

A: Sure, email me on arch@archanaandco.com with your requirements, and I’ll get back to you with an estimate.

4. Can I return / exchange this product?

A: Sorry, I do not offer returns / exchanges at this time. If you receive a damaged product, however, do let me know and I’ll replace the item / refund your purchase as applicable.
